Tamara Graham, DNP, FNP-C is a board certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Tammy graduated in 2021 from Western Kentucky University with her Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice. She is actively involved in professional organizations such as the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Tammy is dedicated to serving others and practices an individualized , holistic approach to care.

Tammy is an Ohio native who moved to Kentucky 7 years ago with her husband and daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and is a huge animal lover, having several dogs, cats, birds, and chickens of her own.
